2. The aluminum extrusion die is not replaced in time, the use time is too long, the hardness is not enough, and the extruded profile is elastic and easy to bend.
3. Affected by the extrusion speed and extrusion temperature of aluminum alloy extrusion, if the extrusion speed is too fast and the extrusion temperature is too high, the flow speed of the profile will also be accelerated, the degree of deformation of the mold will increase, the speed of metal flow will be accelerated, and the deformation will be accelerated. The resistance is relatively weakened, which is easy to cause sticking to aluminum, increase the roughness of the surface of the tool and mold, and form a scribe on the surface of the profile, which affects the appearance at light level.
