If you do not pay attention to observing and summarizing the reasons for the defects in the production process, and solve the problems in time, the appearance of the aluminum profile products produced will not be good-looking.
Let's first take a look at the problems that are prone to occur when aluminum profiles are extruded, such as short strips, bending, and scribing defects. The reasons are as follows:

1. The dimensions between the aluminum extrusion cylinder and the aluminum extrusion pad are not matched, and the poor die hole causes the aluminum metal particles to be pressed into short strips.
2. Therefore, when choosing a mold, you must choose the appropriate size of the mold pad and support pad. If the size is not appropriate, you can install it appropriately.
3. The aluminum alloy extrusion mold is not replaced in time, the use time is too long, the hardness is not enough, and the extruded profile is elastic and easy to bend.
4. It is affected by extrusion speed and extrusion temperature.
5. If the extrusion speed is too fast and the extrusion temperature is too high, the flow speed of the profile will also be accelerated, and the degree of mold deformation will increase.
6. The speed of aluminum alloy extrusion metal flow is accelerated, and the deformation resistance is relatively weakened, which is easy to cause aluminum sticking, increase the roughness of the surface of the tool and die, and form a scribe on the surface of the profile.
