The outer diameter of the extrusion rod of the aluminum extrusion cnc is determined according to the inner diameter of the extrusion cylinder. The outer diameter of the extrusion rod of the horizontal extruder is generally larger than that of the extrusion rod. The inner diameter of the cylinder is 4-10mm smaller. The extrusion rod works at high temperature, and its end may be plastically deformed and upset. Therefore, the diameter of the end of the solid extruding rod should be made smaller, and the inner diameter of the end of the hollow extruding rod should be larger, so as to avoid being unable to fit when changing to a large perforating needle after deformation. In order to avoid stress concentration, the transition part of the root of the extrusion rod of the aluminum extrusion cnc should be tapered and have a very large rounded corner with a radius of R≥100mm. If the arc is too small or the root and the diameter of the shaft do not match well, the extrusion rod will break.
