The aluminum extrusion cnc is used for extrusion work. It can be divided into forward extrusion and reverse extrusion, but in many cases, we basically use forward extrusion. Accuracy is one of the criteria for judging the quality of aluminum extrusion presses. In order to improve the accuracy of the equipment, it is still necessary to start from its structural components. The extruder is mainly composed of the main cylinder, the extrusion cylinder and the extrusion rod. The main cylinder, as the hydraulic equipment in between, is mainly used to push the extrusion rod. The heated aluminum rod pushes the extrusion cylinder. After reaching the exhaust pressure, the extrusion cylinder retreats to exhaust, and then travels to join the mold cavity. When the extrusion pressure is finally reached, the extrusion rods travel together to send the aluminum in the extrusion barrel into the shunt hole of the mold, and the aluminum alloy gradually flows out through the mold for forming.
Of course, the improvement of accuracy is also indispensable for the installation of equipment. Generally, the vertical and horizontal horizontality of the frame guide rail of the aluminum extrusion cnc should not exceed a certain value; when installing, pay attention to the parallelism of the two guide rails; in order to achieve the ideal Accuracy requirements, but also for accuracy detection and adjustment.
