The selection of linear aluminum extrusion rail must be based on operating conditions, load capacity and expected life. However, due to the large dispersion of the life of linear aluminum extrusion rail, in order to facilitate the selection of linear guide pairs, we must first clarify the following important concepts.
1. Accuracy grade of linear aluminum extrusion rail: The accuracy of general linear guide pair is divided into five types: general grade, advanced grade, precision grade, super precision grade and very high precision grade. There are generally three primary inspection targets, one is the parallelism of the slider C facing the surface A of the slide rail, the other is the parallelism of the slider D facing the surface B of the slide rail, and the third is the running parallelism. It is fixed on the plane of the reference base, so that when the slider moves along the stroke, the parallelism between the guide rail and the reference plane of the slider is wrong.
2. Pre-pressure of linear aluminum extrusion rail: The so-called pre-pressure is to give the steel ball load force in advance, and use the negative gap between the steel ball and the ball track to give the pre-pressure, which can improve the rigidity of the linear guide and eliminate the gap.
