1. Always check the quality of raw materials for production, and foreign matter such as sand and metal powder is not allowed to be mixed into the material into the aluminum extrusion cnc barrel.
2. Check each lubricating part at least 1 or 2 times per shift, add enough lubricating oil, and the temperature of the bearing part should not exceed 50 ℃ during operation.
3. Before feeding into production, the barrel and the forming mold must have a heating and constant temperature time of not less than the allowable time.
4. The screw must be started at a low speed, and the screw speed can be gradually increased only after a period of operation at a low speed.
5. The idle running time of the screw in the barrel is not allowed to exceed 2 to 3 minutes.
6. During the work of aluminum extrusion cnc, it is necessary to observe the current change of the main motor frequently. When the motor is found to work under overload conditions for a long time (instant overload is allowed), it should stop immediately, find the cause of the fault, and continue production after the fault is eliminated.
7. After the barrel is heated to a constant temperature for the first time, the fixing screw connecting the barrel and the base should be tightened again.
8. Before installing the screw and mold, clean the mating contact surface of each part, and apply a layer of molybdenum disulfide or silicone oil to the fastening bolt to facilitate the disassembly of the parts at high temperature. When disassembling and assembling each part, it is not allowed to hit the working surface of each part with a heavy hammer.
9. When removing the residual material on the aluminum extrusion cnc barrel, screw and mold, only bamboo or copper knives can be used to scrape the sticky materials, and steel knives are not allowed to scrape the sticky materials, and it is not allowed to use fire grilling to scrape the sticky materials. Remove residual material from the screw.
