First, usually, before the aluminum extrusion rail is sold, the aluminum extrusion rail manufacturer will apply a layer of anti-rust oil on the surface of the rail. However, due to the long process from packaging to customer use, the rust preventive oil evaporates. When we put it into service, the anti-rust oil will not work. Therefore, use anti-rust oil when using it. At the same time, it is necessary to frequently check whether the anti-rust oil is volatilized. If it is not enough, it should be added in time.
Secondly, if the rail is not put into use immediately after purchase, it needs to be placed on the shelf, but it cannot be placed on the ground at will, which will accelerate the rusting of the rail.
Third, the environment where the aluminum extrusion rail is placed should be at room temperature, and there should be no corrosive products around, otherwise the corrosion rate of the rail will be accelerated.
Fourth, you can't directly touch the aluminum extrusion rails with your hands, because people sweat, and sweat stains can easily cause the rails to rust. Therefore, gloves, finger cots or special tools should be worn when going up the rail. If you need to touch it directly, you need to clean your hands from sweat and water.
Fifth, keep the aluminum extrusion rail surface clean. When cleaning, choose the appropriate cleaning method according to the nature of the anti-rust surface and the conditions at that time. Dry and clean the surface, dry with filtered dry compressed air, or dry with a desiccator at 120~170°C, or dry with a clean gauze.
