Linear aluminum extrusion rail can be divided into: roller straight aluminum extrusion rail, cylindrical straight aluminum extrusion rail, ball straight aluminum extrusion rail, three types, which are used to support and guide moving parts, and perform reciprocating linear motion in a given direction. According to the nature of friction, linear motion aluminum extrusion rail can be divided into sliding friction aluminum extrusion rail, rolling friction aluminum extrusion rail, elastic friction aluminum extrusion rail, fluid friction aluminum extrusion rail and so on.
In the steel industry, straight aluminum extrusion rails can be found in plants and a wide variety of equipment used in upstream and downstream processes: from the steelmaking of stockyard raw materials, to refining from rolling operations. This machine and equipment are used in various types of bearings.
The operating environment of these straight aluminum extrusion rails is the only way to make steel, including steel dust, water and heat. Additionally, bearings may be exposed to heavy loads and vibration shocks, operating at speeds ranging from extremely slow through to high, coupled with rapid acceleration and deceleration. This makes for a demanding operating environment not found in other applications.
