Improve the deformation ability of aluminum. Extrusion aluminum 6063 is in a state of strong three-dimensional compressive stress in the extrusion deformation zone, which can give full play to its plasticity and obtain a large amount of deformation.
The main reason is that the surface of the extrusion aluminum 6063 ingot is stained with oil and dust, or the working part of the front end of the extrusion cylinder is greatly worn, resulting in the accumulation of dirty metal around the elastic area of the front end.
The density of extrusion aluminum 6063 products is only 2.7g/cm3, about 1/3 of that of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/cm3, 8.93g/cm3 respectively). Aluminum exhibits excellent corrosion resistance under most environmental conditions, including air, water (or brine), petrochemicals, and many chemical systems.
