Many customers are unfamiliar with the concept of extrusion aluminum 6063. Simply put, industrial aluminum profiles are materials extruded from aluminum through extrusion machines according to molds.
Due to the various varieties and specifications of aluminum profiles, the complex flow of materials during the extrusion process, and the harsh load conditions of the extrusion die, the product development of extrusion aluminum 6063 and the design of the die have become a difficult task.
Improve the deformation ability of aluminum. Extrusion aluminum 6063 is in a strong three-dimensional compressive stress state in the extrusion deformation zone, which can give full play to its plasticity and obtain a large amount of deformation.
Generally speaking, extrusion aluminium 6063 is to apply strong pressure to the aluminum billet placed in the extrusion cylinder, so that the aluminum billet can be deformed in a directional shape and extruded from the die hole of the extrusion die to obtain the cross-sectional shape required by the industry.
Aluminum is divided into raw aluminum and cooked aluminum. Raw aluminum is less than 98% aluminum, which is relatively brittle and hard, and can only be found by sand casting; cooked aluminum is more than 98% aluminum, which is soft and can be rolled or punched for various utensils.
